Items you have just viewed online or seen at our store can be ordered by phone at 718.875.1775. You will just need to provide us with your credit card, and mailing information or you can visit us at our store in the historic Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Please note slight variations may be expected of the products when pictured online due to the unique nature of hand-crafting and/or screen resolution or printing variations. Also, since we do most of the buying overseas our product offerings often change.

Shipping & Delivery Information: We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping and handling charges are computed based on the merchandise grand total, weight, and the final shipping destination. Some items might have additional shipping charges, due to the type of shipping services you may require. Please ask us about those details when you call or visit. Please add an additional $25.00 per address for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped to a physical address; no Post Office (P.O.) Box addresses.

Standard Delivery - We make every effort to ship your order promptly. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days for in-stock items (depending on your final destination of where you direct us to ship) via UPS Ground. Please allow extra time for Special Made-to-Order items from overseas as they need to clear U.S. Customs then come to us first. P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We usually call or email to inform you that we have shipped your package.

Need It Quick? - We offer a 3-Day Air service for an additional fee of $20.00 or Overnight Delivery for an additional fee of $35.00. Please place your order by phone; heavy or bulky items may not qualify. We cannot ship express/overnight outside of the 48 contiguous states. You may arrange for your own express shipping and pick-up from our store if you desire for your overseas address.

International Shipping - Special rates apply. Please call us for more information. You are responsible for any applicable duty charges and clearing for packages at your country of destination. We are not responsible for any lost items/packages through international shipping.

Method of payment: We accept all major credit cards (except Dinner Club). We will charge your credit card the day you phone us and will make every effort to ship the merchandise out on the same day; depending upon the hour you called. Most delivery companies' last pick up for our area is 4:00 PM [EST]. All Made-to-Order items are subject to a 50% deposit of the total merchandise price (including applicable local sale tax). Prices are subject to change based on current Exchange Rates as most of our products are imported from many parts of the globe. Our philosophy is to try to seek out and work directly with local artisans and businesses, most often run by women wherever possible, and to showcase their beautiful designs which work seamlessly with the contemporary lifestyles in your homes.

We are happy to exchange your purchases for Store Credit Only (good for 6 months; sorry no refunds), if you've changed your mind within 2 weeks from the original date of purchase on your receipt (excludes all applicable shipping & handling costs). We are unable to accommodate exchanges without the copy of our store receipt. We kindly thank you for your understanding.

To return an item for exchange we recommend that you ship your package via a traceable mean, such as UPS and FedEx. We will make every effort to process your exchange(s) as quickly as possible.
